One Time Cleaning Services

One-time basic cleaning is a great option for clients who do not require recurring cleaning or maid services or clients who need one-time housecleaning before or after a special occasion.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided, except for special cleaning products such as oven cleaner, marble or granite cleaner or stainless steel cleaner.

You can choose between a single maid for smaller jobs, or a team of two or more maid for bigger jobs.

Depending on the time scheduled, the maids will try to meet as many of your requests as possible, but may not be able to finish them all in the time allotted. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss extending the appointment.

Minimum appointment for one time basic housecleaning service is 3 hours (1 maid for 3 hours or 2 maids for 1.5 hours). Appointments can be extended in ½ hour increments. One time basic cleaning can be booked for as early as 6:00 a.m.

One-time basic cleaning and special occasion maid services can be configured to your needs. Also, you may choose to have the whole house cleaned or only certain areas.

Price for this package start at $58.50 per hour per maid; however, we currently offer discount on one time basic cleaning packages. Please check our Special Offers page for more details.

The checklist below outlines examples of the tasks that are typically requested for in a one time basic cleaning. However, we specialize in customized cleaning services; therefore, if you have special cleaning needs, do not hesitate to ask and we will be happy to help you!

(*) Basic cleaning does not include scrubbing bathrooms and/or scrubbing and removing heavy grease deposits in the kitchen. If your bathrooms and/or kitchen require good scrubbing or grease deposit removal please book a Deep Cleaning package.

(**)If your oven has a self-cleaning function, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.

If your oven does not have a self-cleaning function, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners.) Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take up to 1.5 hours.
