Prepare for sale cleaning package is a perfect option for clients who are getting ready for selling their home.

This is a deep cleaning package and includes a thorough cleaning of the whole house or parts of the house based on clients’ requirements.


The majority of cleaning supplies as well as special equipment such as vacuum cleaners, step ladders, long dusters, pails and mops are included. Specialty cleaners such as oven cleaner, natural stone cleaner and stainless steel cleaner are not provided but can be supplied by the client.


For this package, we generally book a team of two maids for smaller places and for bigger homes usually we book a team of 3 – 6 maids. Minimum appointment length for prepare for sale cleaning package is 6 hours (2 maids x 3 hours each maid). Prepare for sale cleaning appointments can be scheduled any time between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.


The maids will try to accommodate as many cleaning requests as they can within the time you book for your appointment. We will contact you to discuss further options if we find we cannot fulfill them all in the time you have provided .

(*) If you would like the area behind and under the fridge and stove cleaned, you have to pull those appliances out. After we clean those areas, we will push your appliances back in place.

(**) For safety reasons we are not able to remove screens from windows. If you would like the screened windows cleaned please remove the screens before the cleaning.

(***) If your oven has a self-cleaning function, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.
If your oven does not have a self-cleaning function, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners.) Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take up to 1.5 hours.
